Overview

Solution

During construction, existing drainage faults were discovered beneath the new-build area, posing a significant risk.

Our team worked closely with the client and designers to redesign the drainage and structure, effectively resolving the issue. Additionally, when a separate drainage problem disrupted both our works and school operations, our site manager coordinated a swift resolution and schedule adjustment, ensuring the project remained on track.

Outcome

The new spray booth was constructed with a slab foundation, insulated rendered walls, flat roofing, and high-quality internal finishes.

MEP works were closely coordinated with specialist installers to ensure full functionality. The project was completed to specification, with all issues promptly resolved.
