This high-quality fit-out project creates multiple rooms dedicated to scientific research, providing an environment for design, prototyping, and usercentered product evaluation services. It is aimed at entrepreneurial individuals developing new technologies in innovative community healthcare products.
The installation of 5G technology enables work on multiple cutting-edge technologies, which was a key requirement for Coventry University. Given the relatively new concept, close coordination with Vodafone was necessary to install routers and ‘dots’ within the building.

Our second project for Coventry University. It involves stripping out the existing second floor offices and converting them into a high performance scientific incubation facility.
