Overview

The project involves replacing over 1,000 wireless access point (WAP) devices throughout the entire estate, including the installation of additional electrical services.

This work spans all sixteen buildings on the estate, ranging from modern structures like Millennium Point, Parkside, Curzon, Seacole, and the new Conservatoire, to Grade I listed buildings such as Margaret Street and Ravensbury House.

Outcome

For each building, we began with a detailed survey of the existing WAP devices and identified the proposed locations for new devices, coordinating with all necessary additional containment and socket installations. Once these plans were approved and installation dates confirmed, all work was completed in a single operation.

Access requirements ranged from basic equipment to internal spider cranes.

This was an intense and complex project with a long overall duration.
