The refurbishment of two existing buildings, to be repurposed as 93nr and 32nr bedroom hotel in Kensington, London.
Works comprise the complete conversion of old and tired hotel into modern hotels for Cerberus Group; an international hotel funder and operator specialising in the budget hotel sector.
Two new single storey extensions to form additional rooms within rear courtyards.
Complete new MEP services throughout, new lifts, high end floor finishes and joinery. Our scope included new FFE, fitted furniture, beds etc.
External repairs involved rendering repairs, upgrading all sash windows, leaded light repairs and re-roofing.
