Overview

Working for the developer and Stoke City Council through £6.5 grant from Govt Levelling Up Fund, the scheme is a key element of Stoke regeneration.

The façade is Grade II listed and the site of historical importance due to previous use in the pottery industry. The development is for over 55’s and to support improved later living accommodation which is I short supply locally.

The front list façade is retained, using retention system and tying to new steel frame. All existing features restored and retained to provide character to the completed project.
