The Halcyon Centre was an off-site water birthing facility which has been left vacant.
Our works involved the complete stripping out and remodelling of the space to form new maternity consultant/exam rooms, training base and reception area for the maternity team.
The works were secured through Pagabo Framework through direct award after protracted separate tender process.
