The opening up of and extension to the existing Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) unit to create a seclusion suite comprising 2nr seclusion rooms, support space and external works.
The new extension is to the rear of the whole facility, infilling a small parcel of land. Access is very tight, and via an unused sports pitch and down a steep gradient. Additionally, it was necessary to break into the occupied building to connect the new steel frame to existing, whilst maintaining watertightness and security.

Completed
Internally, the finishes meet high-security dependency levels, with full en-suite facilities and 24/7 monitoring.
Secured through EverythingFM Framework. Works due to complete in April 2024
