Construct extension for mental health drop-in centre in Tamworth Staffordshire. As the existing facility was small, we increased the facilities by creating nine additional consulting rooms, a meeting room and cleaning facilities room.
The extension was built within the rear car park and landscaped areas. This was further complicated by shared access and the requirement for an archaeological watching brief throughout the substructure works.

Throughout the build, we worked adjacent to the operating mental health facility, ensuring minimal disruption to staff and visitors, especially during the breakthrough for the extension.
