Complete internal and external refurbishment of the existing Women's Centre including new finishes and M&E installations throughout. Small ground floor extension to form café and the inclusion of a platform lift.
The existing building was in a poor state and in Ward End, one of Birmingham’s most deprived areas. The Dolphin Centre helps Women in the area to reskill, enter the employment market and an opportunity to meet in a secure environment.
Project Status
Completed
Our works consist of a complete strip down of the building to structure, extended gables for increased accommodation, insulation to all walls, repaired roof sheeting and external works. Key requirement is for green energy and carbon reducing technologies such as PV and Air Source Heat Pumps.
