Cadence Projects

Overview

As part of their recent procurement of a Grade II listed three-storey office building located in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, Cadence Projects tasked BSN Electrical with the installation of a new lighting scheme. This consisted of feature, utility and emergency lighting, with alterations and additions to the existing small power system. This enabled BSNE to create modern functional workspaces for their growing business.

Alongside the need for their own office space on the third floor, the clients longer term plan for the lower floors is to create serviced office units, needing to be accommodated within the new lighting design. The aim was to modernise the building’s electrical infrastructure while preserving it’s features, ensuring compliance with building regulations and enhancing energy efficiency.
