Overview

This fast-tracks project involved the refurbishment and extension of an existing space to create a modern diagnostics and training facility, equipped for advanced medical technologies.

Works included a full strip-out, demolition of internal brickwork, and reconfiguration of doorways. A small extension was constructed with blockwork foundations and steel framing to support a folding wall partition. Comprehensive M&E installations were completed, including a new AHU. The extension was externally clad, with new ceilings and flooring fitted to finish the space.

Outcome

BSN successfully delivered a fast-track refurbishment and extension project, transforming an existing space into a modern diagnostics and training facility equipped for advanced medical technologies.

Despite access challenges within a live hospital environment, the team maintained strict cleanliness and minimized disruption through dust-proof hoarding, scheduled noisy works outside clinic hours, and innovative site segregation.

The project was completed to a high standard, on time and within scope.
