BSN Group is honoured to have secured the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) for the scheme, marking an important milestone as the project moves forward. The redevelopment represents a significant investment in the local area, with a strong focus on creating opportunities, supporting economic growth, and enhancing community wellbeing.
The project brings together a collaborative team of experts, and BSN Group would like to extend its thanks to the amazing client Witton Lodge Community Association, architect, Intervention Architecture, and EA/ QS, PMP Consultants Ltd for their continued support, expertise, and shared vision for the scheme.
