Exciting Updates at Birmingham Children’s Hospital! 🏥
As work continues on the hospital's front entrance, we're also working with Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital and Charity on the restoration of its busy Emergency Department.
This will be delivered within a live hospital environment, requiring precision, collaboration, and minimal disruption to ensure the highest standards of care remain uninterrupted.
Planned works include:
✔️Reconstruction of the new area to include new triage rooms, resus bays, consultation rooms and offices.
✔️A welcoming staff reception area with bespoke joinery.
✔️Integration of new M&E services coordinated with live hospital systems.
✔️Custom seating, a striking tree structure, and custom-built furniture.
✔️A calming sensory zone with tailored lighting.
✔️Dedicated quiet booths for privacy and comfort.
✔️A children’s play area.
✔️Thoughtful artwork and structural features.
✔️Advanced acoustic ceiling system.
