We’re proud to announce the official opening of The Drey Hotel, a landmark £12 million refurbishment in the heart of Earl’s Court, Kensington and Chelsea, London.
After 12 months of dedicated work, our team has transformed three existing Edwardian buildings into a stunning 125‑room, 4‑star luxury hotel that sets a new benchmark for elegance and comfort in one of London’s most prestigious districts.
Working alongside Cerberus Capital Management and HCT Construction Consultants Ltd, the refurbishment required extensive and highly specialised structural works. A standout achievement was the complex installation of three new lift shafts within the constraints of the original buildings, a testament to the skill and precision of everyone involved.
Delivered by BSN Construction, with support from BSN Electrical and BSN Engineering, this collaborative effort ensured every system was installed to the highest standard and completed on schedule. Strengthening BSN Group’s reputation as a trusted contractor in the hotels and hospitality sector, The Drey showcases the quality, capability, and commitment of our teams nationwide.
