BSN Group Completes Landmark Transformation with the Opening of The Drey Hotel

BSN Group is proud to begin the year by celebrating a major milestone with the official opening of The Drey Hotel, a landmark £12 million refurbishment located in the heart of Earl’s Court, Kensington and Chelsea, London.

Following 12 months of dedicated work, the project has successfully transformed three existing Edwardian buildings into a stunning 125-room, 4-star luxury hotel. The development sets a new benchmark for elegance, comfort, and quality in one of London’s most prestigious and historic districts.

Delivered in collaboration with Cerberus Capital Management and HCT Construction Consultants Ltd, the scheme involved extensive and highly specialised structural works. Among the standout achievements was the complex installation of three new lift shafts within the constraints of the original buildings, a testament to the skill, coordination, and technical expertise of the project team.

The works were delivered by BSN Construction, supported by BSN Electrical and BSN Engineering, demonstrating the strength of collaboration across the Group. This integrated approach ensured that every aspect of the project was executed to the highest standard, while maintaining programme timelines and quality expectations throughout.

The successful completion of The Drey Hotel further strengthens BSN Group’s reputation as a trusted contractor within the hotels and hospitality sector, showcasing the company’s ability to deliver high-quality, complex refurbishments in challenging environments.
