Campus Redevelopment Underway at Springfield Campus

Works are now underway at the University of Wolverhampton’s Springfield Campus, signalling the beginning of a transformative construction programme designed to upgrade and expand key academic buildings.

The project includes a major extension and refurbishment to Block A, delivered alongside the careful adaptive reuse of the campus’s Grade II listed building. In addition, Block H will undergo a full refurbishment, creating a modern new‑build extension and a cutting‑edge engineering workshop that will support students and staff across the University’s Engineering Faculty.

Architectural visuals provided by Glancy Nicholls Architects offer a clear glimpse of the exciting transformation ahead, showcasing how the redeveloped spaces will blend heritage with contemporary design.

Further updates will be shared as progress continues across the site.
