Stoke-on-Trent represents an exciting opportunity, and our team is energised by the potential this vibrant region offers.
Stoke is a city on the rise – with significant regeneration underway and a renewed focus on investment, skills, and creating long-term, sustainable communities. At BSN, we see this as more than just construction; it’s about partnership, placemaking, and creating lasting impact.
From day one, we’ve made a clear commitment to local engagement. We’re already working closely with Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce and Stoke City Council, building strong relationships that will shape the work we do across the city. We’re passionate about using local supply chains, employing local people, and creating opportunities for training, apprenticeships, and work experience.

Celebrating Growth – New Faces and Well-Earned Promotions at BSN in Q1
As we wrap up the first quarter of 2025, there’s a real sense of momentum and energy across BSN Group – and much of that is down to the incredible people who make up our team.
We’re proud to say that every part of our business is growing – from operations and pre-construction to commercial and our in-house electrical division. As our pipeline expands and our projects become more diverse and ambitious, we know that having the right people in place is crucial to our continued success.
We’re delighted to celebrate a number of internal promotions that reflect the hard work, leadership, and commitment of our team members:
Dominic Whittaker has been promoted to Contracts Manager, a role that recognises his dedication and technical expertise. Dom has played a key role in our project delivery and will continue to help drive quality and consistency across our sites.
Janine Edge steps into her new role as Commercial Lead for our growing Fast Track division. Janine’s knowledge of housing and refurbishment has been pivotal in shaping this part of the business, and her leadership will be vital as the team continues to secure and deliver fast-paced, high-quality projects.
We also welcome a number of new faces, whose strategic appointments reflect the exciting expansion plans at BSN:
- Phil Wrixon, Operations Manager for Fast Track, brings experience and passion to lead our agile project teams.
- Jon Rogers, Senior Quantity Surveyor, strengthens our commercial expertise and capacity.
- Chris Ashcroft, Document Controller, joins to support the ever-growing compliance and project support function.
- Alex Kallitsakis, Senior Estimator, brings with him knowledge and accuracy to support our pre-construction pipeline.
- Our Electrical division continues to grow with Andy Colley joining as Project Manager, and Francesca Wilton supporting the team as Administrator.
Every one of these team members – whether stepping into a new role or bringing fresh perspectives – plays an important role in shaping BSN’s next chapter. As we grow, we remain true to our values: building trust, delivering excellence, and putting people at the heart of everything we do.
