BSN to Deliver Transformation of Historic Birmingham Building into New 4-Star Hotel

BSN is pleased to announce that, in partnership with MP Devco—a joint venture between RPGL and Trigram Properties—it will enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) this June for the refurbishment and redevelopment of the historic Murdoch & Pitman building in Birmingham.

The project will see the iconic building carefully transformed into a new 4-star hotel, combining heritage preservation with high-quality modern design. Located in the heart of the city, the Murdoch & Pitman building has long been an important part of Birmingham’s architectural and cultural landscape, and its redevelopment marks an exciting new chapter in its history.

Through this collaboration, BSN will play a key role in bringing the building back into active use, delivering a scheme that not only enhances the city’s hospitality offering but also respects the character and legacy of the original structure.
